If you have a history of overstaying in Thailand, or you previously applied for a DTV visa under the Workcation or Soft Power category with another Muay Thai gym and were rejected, please do not apply with FITFAC.

In these cases, there is a very high chance you will be rejected again, and you will lose the embassy/consular application fee.

Many DTV rejections happen because applicants submit false information or apply through a visa-mill Muay Thai gym. If you were rejected for these reasons and then come to us afterward, it is often too late to fix the issue.

Even if you still apply with us, you will receive our standard refund (100% refund in every case). However, you would still be wasting the embassy fee, and multiple visa attempts can raise a red flag—when the embassy sees repeated applications, your profile may be marked as higher risk, which can affect your ability to apply for a DTV visa in the future.
