Our goal is to help you apply at the moment you have the highest chance of success, so you won’t lose your embassy fee or waste time applying for the visa.

The chance of getting a DTV Visa depends on the following factors:

• Passport nationality
• The Thai embassy where you plan to apply
• Your financial documents
• Your past immigration and visa history
• Your employment history (even for Soft Power, it helps)
• Your previous experience in Thailand (having many good photos of Thai activities helps)

Step 3: Choose Package and Pay fees

If you decide to apply with us, we will send you a contract that specifies our refund policy (in case you get rejected), our training terms, and our visa assistance service details.

Once the contract is signed, you can proceed with the payment. We offer three payment options:

• You can use Visa, MasterCard, or American Express to pay online via PayPal credit card link. You are also protected by refund policy of paypal
• Onsite credit card payment at any FITFAC branch
• Bank transfer

No credit card fees will be added to the service fee.

Step 4 : Submit Application & Wait for the result

If you apply with our visa Assistance service package, we will go through the Registration process with you step-by-step

1. We will ask you to register your email to the Thaievisa.go.th system

2. We will ask you to share your thaievisa.go.th password with us. This is not your email password, but a password automatically generated by the ThaiEvisa system.

3. We will send you a Google Form to fill in your information and request copies of your passport, financial documents, and proof of residence (sent via email).

   Once we receive them, we will enter your details and complete the registration in the system for you.

   We will then send you a screenshot of all the information we submitted so you can confirm that everything is correct. (You can also log in to thaievisa.go.th yourself to review the info in the system.)

   

4. When everything is ready, you will pay the embassy fee yourself. You will enter your own credit card details, and we will not have any access to or knowledge of your credit card information.

5. After submitting everything, all you need to do is wait for the embassy’s response.

Step 5 : Visa Approved and Re-enter Thailand

Embassy result in 1–6 weeks

If your visa is approved, the embassy will send you an email notifying you of your status (the processing time varies from 1 to 6 weeks). In the email, they will include a PDF file of your visa.

You can re-enter Thailand by presenting the printed version of your DTV visa to the immigration officer at the airport.

The immigration officer may also ask you to show the following documents when you re-enter Thailand:

1. A Letter of Acceptance from FITFAC Gym(For those apply through our softpower program)
2. The Workcation document that you submitted to the embassy (for applicants who applied through the Workcation route)
3. At least 20,000 THB or the equivalent amount in your local currency (in case the immigration officer wants to verify that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses in Thailand)

99% of people entering Thailand with a DTV visa never experience any issues.

Still, we recommend preparing these documents in case an immigration officer asks for them.

Immigration officers always have the final authority to deny entry, but with a DTV visa and the correct supporting documents from us, the chance of this happening is extremely low.

Workcation vs Soft Power: Is Soft Power a Backup Plan After Rejection?

You can reapply under a different DTV pathway (Workcation vs. Soft Power), but it’s not a fail-proof backup plan. Applying Workcation first and then switching to Soft Power after a rejection can increase risk and cost.

Some of our customers applied for the Workcation visa first and were rejected. Then they changed to another gym and were rejected again. Now they want to apply with us, which could lead to another rejection.

Why it’s risky:

Multiple applications can raise scrutiny (“red flag”), especially if your story changes, documents are inconsistent, or evidence is weak.

If you’re rejected once due to weak proof (e.g., weak finances, unrecognized gym, or a package that’s too short), the second attempt is usually harder than a first-time application with a clean record.

Best strategy:

Apply once using the category you can prove strongest.

Workcation: strong remote-work proof (contract/employment letter/portfolio) + financial evidence.

Soft Power: confirmed enrollment/participation proof (activity documents).

Soft Power with FITFAC (common approach):

State you will support yourself in Thailand using income from a business you can run from anywhere.(This is what we see as the application that has highest approval rate)

Your approval chance is highest if you have:

• Soft Power with FITFAC
• 500,000+ THB financial history for 6+ months
• Clear proof of income history (how you built your savings)
• You apply from your home country
• A passport without excessive “in-and-out” travel stamps from Thailand.

Applying for a DTV isn’t that hard if you prepare properly and follow our recommendations. However, many people try to do everything by themselves and only come to us after they’ve been rejected—and by then, it’s sometimes too late to fix.
