Our FITFAC team

Peach, Owner
Peach started FITFAC 10 years ago as a small gym focused on using Muay Thai for weight loss. The gym began in a tiny 180-square-meter room with only one instructor.
From the beginning, FITFAC prioritized taking care of its Muay Thai staff—making sure they have a good career, fair pay, and a stable job after retiring from boxing. The return has been enormous: the trainers take excellent care of customers, which is one of the main reasons FITFAC has expanded to become the largest Muay Thai gym in Thailand, with over 11 locations and 150 trainers.
Today, we have over 4,000 active customers, and most of our Muay Thai trainers stay with FITFAC long-term. They are happy to find a job and career they truly love, with pay that is much better compared to what many retired boxers earn elsewhere.
By enrolling at FITFAC for the DTV program, you’re not only eligible for the DTV visa and able to get in shape through Muay Thai training—you’re also supporting Thai locals, including Muay Thai fighters, by helping them build a stable career with fair pay and continue doing the job they love.

Nook, Head of Visa Team
Before joining FITFAC, Nook worked under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs supervising passport issuance, giving him in-depth knowledge of biometric systems, passport data, and government verification processes. He also spent years at a Thai public university drafting official letters to embassies and government agencies, which sharpened his ability to communicate formally and navigate strict bureaucratic procedures.
Thanks to this background, Nook understands exactly how Thai embassies operate. When applicants receive unusual or confusing requests, he can immediately identify the issue and draft the correct formal response to keep the visa process on track.
By choosing our service, you’re not just getting help with forms—you’re getting Nook’s insider expertise that saves you time, prevents costly mistakes, and reduces the risk of refusal. His knowledge truly makes our service worth every penny.

The rest of FITFAC Team
Most FITFAC instructors are retired Muay Thai fighters. Many began training at a very young age and had limited access to higher education due to financial constraints. After retiring—typically around the age of 30—many struggle to find stable career opportunities and may end up in low-wage jobs that do not require formal qualifications or prior work experience, such as security guards or motorcycle taxi drivers.
However, FITFAC has modernized the Muay Thai gym model, creating a more professional environment and a real long-term career path for fighters after retirement. As a result, many of our instructors can earn significantly more than they would in typical minimum-wage work. They are also proud to work as teachers, because Muay Thai is what they have trained and loved since childhood.
Because FITFAC is a large gym with multiple locations, many of Thailand’s best instructors prefer to work with us due to the stable career opportunities, competitive pay, and the high level of respect our customers show them. By enrolling with us, you will learn from the best Muay Thai teacher Thailand has to offer.
